Course Objectives |
The aim of the course "Turkish Education System and School Management" is to recognize the education system as an organizational structure and to understand the management process of the education system for preservice teachers. Within the scope of the Turkish Education System and School Management course; basic principles of the Turkish education system, the legal basis of the education system, the structure of the Turkish education system, management theories and processes, organizational characteristics of the school, the education program, the student and the financial affairs are examined for the preservice teachers and help them to understand the different aspects of school management. |

The structure of the Turkish Education system; The basic laws and regulations about the Turkish Education system; Organizational Structure of the Ministry of National Education; Levels in Turkish Education system; Human resources, and the physical technological and financial resources in the Turkish education system; Reforms in the Turkish education system; organization-management theories and processes, school as a social system; human resources management; student-affairs; school, environment, society and family relations; Current discussions and trends in Turkish education system |

1. To gain knowledge about the Turkish Education system and its parts 2. To examine the organizational structure and management of the Turkish education system 3.
