Course Objectives The course aims to provide students with information about the basic concepts, theories, modals of the topics of interest and their applications to daily issues.
Course Content Social exclusion, learned helplessness, interpersonal communication and communication conflict, social anxiety
Learning Outcomes (LO) On successful completion of the course students will have gained/acquired: 1- to explain about the basic concepts and modals of social exclusions 2- to explain about the basic concepts and modals of learned helplessness 3- to explain about the basic concepts of interpersonal communications and causes and consequences of communication conflict 4- to define basic concepts and approaches related to interpersonal communication and communication conflicts 5- to evaluate methods of alleviation of learned helplessness and social anxiety 6- applying the acquired knowledge in the field
