Course Objectives |
To help students to shape their field of interest by introducing preliminary information on Developmental, Social, Clinical, Personality, and Health Psychology. |

Preliminary introduction to various subfields of psychology as basic science.. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
On successful completion of the course students will have gained/acquired:
1- an insight into the nature and measurement of intelligence
2- Summarizing the topics within the scope of developmental psychology and the basic theories, concepts and approaches of developmental psychology
3- an understanding of the nature of personality
4- Summarizing the main areas of interest and theories, concepts and approaches in stress and health psychology
5- an understanding of abnormal behaviors
6- Summarizing the therapy process and different therapy approaches
7- Summarizing topics in social psychology |
