Course Objectives The aim of this course is to describe the neurobiology of behavior and central nervous system and medication treatment in psychiatry.
Course Content This course includes behavioral neurobiology, central nervous system neurobiology and medication treatment in psychiatry.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1- Recognizing the medication used in psychiatric treatment 2- Identifying different structures in central and peripheral nervous system 3- Defining basic neurotransmitters and their effects on behavior
