Course Objectives |
The aim of this course is to introduce fundamental concepts and techniques of scientific research and also to introduce research processes and ethical issues. |
Course Content |
This course includes scientific research methods and techniques in psychology. Experimental research methods, applied research and preparing, writing and presenting a research or a research proposal are covered in this course. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings;
1- Defining fundamental concepts related to research methods
2- Applying ethical principles of Research
3- Developing and implementing research question as a group or individually
4- Reporting of research report in APA format as a group or individually
5- Comprehending the relation between research design and statistical analysis |
