Improving skills in reading comprehension, critical thinking, literary analysis
and critical writing |
Course Content |
Poems and theater chosen from students' English and American literature
by examining his works to recognize the major writers, trends and so
development of reading, analysis and discussion skills |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of
semester will acquire the followings; LO1 – Students can read and analyze
literary texts. LO2 – Students are provided with the political, historical literary
information improve their skills in interpreting a text. LO3 – Students can
understand the deeper meaning of the texts. LO4 – Students can improve their
oral communication and writing skills. |
