Course Objectives This course aims to teach the parts of the scientific paper, ethical issues in the research process, writing a scientific paper, citing the literature, reference writing rules, and the publication process to the student.
Course Content This course investigates the steps of scientific article writing, and the ethical principles of the scientific research and the authorship.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who completed the course successfully will acquire the following: LO -1. Explain the parts of the scientific paper. LO -2. Counts the ethical issues in the researches. LO -3. States the main differences between Harvard, Vancouver, and APA citing styles. LO -4. Examines a scientific paper via using an international checklist proper to the article’s research design.
