Course Objectives The aim of this course is to inform students and gain perspective about searching and using information, accessing information, evaluating information sources, and choosing the right information.
Course Content This course includes the concept of information literacy and other related literacy concepts, information literacy models, skills, knowledge awareness, searching and using information, accessing information, evaluating information sources, choosing the right information and using the library effectively.
Learning Outcomes (LO) At the end of this course, the student; LO-1. Defines the basic concepts about information literacy LO-2. Lists information literacy models LO-3. List the skills required for information literacy LO-4. Gains the ability to use the library effectively
