Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach the student writing formal e-mail, report, thesis, preparing curriculum vitae, presentation types methods and standards of a scientific paper in a scientific meeting.
Course Content This course investigates the principles and methods of writing, preparing, and presenting scientific documents, along with the principles of publication ethics.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who completed the course successfully will acquire the following: LO -1. Counts the responsibilities of ethics committees. LO -2. Explains the principles of publication ethics. LO -3. Writes an e-mail to a governmental agency/person. LO -4. Writes his/her curriculum vitae within the scope of formal rules. LO -5. Writes a formal report. LO-6. Prepares poster and oral presentations. LO-7. Presents the prepared poster and oral presentations.
