Course Objectives |
To train nurses who can coordinate safe and quality patient care in nursing services, who will provide the most appropriate nursing service for the conditions of the day, and who have gained the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to be a manager. |
Course Content |
This course includes the main knowledge of nursing management and practice. |

LO-1 Explain the basic concepts in management, management levels, and management process.
LO-2 Develops planning, organizing, executing, coordinating, and evaluating skills in the management process.
LO-3 Classify the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of the management of health institutions.
LO-4 Identify and analyze the problems related to nursing services and develop solutions.
LO-5 Analyze ethical and legal issues related to management and leadership.
LO-6 Explain the importance of time management, change, quality management, and human resources management.
LO-7 Organizes the education and career planning of student health personnel.
