| Course Objectives |
The aim of this course is to provide information about the legislation and deontology, to raise awareness about ethical problems and to gain ethical decision-making skills. |
| Course Content |
This course includes information about the historical development process of nursing, nursing legislation, and ethical concepts and rules related to nursing. |

The students who completed the course successfully will acquire the followings:
LO 1. Explain the historical development of patient care and nursing in the world and Turkey.
LO 2. List national and international organizations related to health and nursing
LO 3. Explain the basic concepts and rules about ethics
