The students who completed the course successfully will acquire the followings:
LO -1. Define the fundamental concepts of Surgical Nursing
LO -2. Identify priorities in meeting the needs of surgical patients
LO -3. List the surgical complications
LO -4. Identify the factors effecting the success of surgical treatment
LO -5. Use the information in professional practices and researches in the surgical field.
LO -6. Gain competent to communicate positively with the surgical team, patient, and relatives.
LO -7. Perform surgical nursing practices in accordance with professional principles and standards
LO -8. Acquire problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
