Course Objectives |
The aim of this course is giving relevant information about principles in organizing and delivering health service, the right to health, patients’ rights, rights, obligations and liabilities of health workers, and also contributing to human rights awareness. |
Course Content |
In this course, the main concepts of health law and legal regulations on health service, the right to health, patients’ rights are analysed and the righs, obligations and liability of health care professionals, damages causing liability which are occured during execution of health service are explained and discussed. |
