This course aims at developing students' understanding of sociolinguistic concepts and theories and their relevance to language teaching. In this regard, they are expected to promote cultural sensitivity and awareness in language teaching, addressing the needs of diverse language learners. Also, they will develop an awareness of language policies and their impact on language education. |
