Course Objectives The aim of this course is to ensure that students develop their competencies by applying what they have learned in the field of guidance in the school environment.
Course Content Examining educational, vocational and personal/social guidance activities in preschool, primary school, secondary school or high school, applying and interpreting test and non-test techniques; Developing and implementing group guidance programs on various subjects.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Understands the legislation regarding school guidance services. 2. Examines sample school guidance programs. 3. Plans educational, vocational and personal-social guidance activities using basic guidance information. 4. Applies educational, vocational and personal-social guidance activities by using basic guidance knowledge. 5. Interprets the results by applying individual recognition techniques to determine the needs and characteristics of students in different fields. 6. Plans group guidance activities using basic guidance information. 7. Applies group guidance activities using basic guidance knowledge.
