Course Objectives |
The aim of the course is to provide prospective teachers with the necessary knowledge, understanding, technical and application skills regarding interpersonal relations and communication. |
Course Content |
Definition of interpersonal relations, relevant theoretical approaches, interpersonal relations as a developmental process, effective factors in interpersonal relations, gender, gender roles and interpersonal relations, self-disclosure, communication errors and obstacles, communication skills, communication and conflict, human relations in terms of intercultural differentiation. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
At the end of this course, students will be able to: 1. Have the necessary knowledge about communication and human relations. 2. Use what they have learned in human relations. 3. Explain the theories and methods related to the subject. |
