Course Objectives The purpose of this course is to introduce students the legal means which provide the transformation of the goods and services needed between people while maintaining their daily lives, teach them to look at the concept of the defect liability from the private law aspect and to inform the students about the anclosure of refund liability in general terms in the shifts of property.
Course Content Law of obligations is a course raising the subjeckt of private debt affairs; in other words the right and debts between equals.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1- To be able to understand the concept of debt and debt relations 2- To be able to accept the general aproach of debt and the liability issues and in this respect to be able to understand the concequences of the violation of debt 3- To be able to think convenient with the legal formation durind the exercise of trade and the ordinary course of life; and to be able to act in accordence with the general princeples 4- To be able to take necessary action on being a citizen respectful to law and accepting the distinction of law; and to take the responsibility of it 5- To be able to determine the source of disaccordences coming along with the commercial life and the exercise of trade; to be able to think convenient with the general solution forms in the disaccordances of the law of obligations; and to be able to introduce vision and avaluate
