Course Objectives The history of the Ottoman Foreign Policy and the principles of the Ottoman Diplomacy as well as its stages of institutional and methodological development and change in light of the current political relations and dynamics in 19th century.
Course Content It is focused on how the foreign relations of the Ottoman Empire were conducted and managed in the 19th century and some cases of the diplomacy are studied in this regard.
