Course Objectives Through a close reading of selected texts, the course aims at understanding the way in which different political philosophies have given expression to various forms of political institutions.
Course Content This course is intended to introduce the history of political thought in the 19th and 20th centuries through an examination of some of the major texts.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1) Associating political thoughts with contemporary political questions. 2) Ensuring to think more rigorously and profoundly.
