Course Objectives To familiarize Political Science and International Relations students with the theoretical points of view on the field; and hence to build a theoretical approach they can use in all their courses; and to manage to evaluate each approach to the field reasonably.
Course Content The course analyses different theoretical approaches to the International Relations discipline as well as their impact on thought and political movement, and the development of each theory. It evaluates conflict-based, cooperation-based and agenda-based approaches in International Organizations.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1- Familiarization with different the content and thought patterns of different IR Theory groups 2- Have capability of analysing current and recent history events scientifically 3- Establishing of a basis for further studies of the students.
