Course Objectives |
To bring in the ability to interpret and comprehend the basic concepts and organizations of the Constitutional Law and evaluate the the constitutional problems and developments in Turkish context. |
Course Content |
Analyses on development, basic conceptions, fundamentals and main institutions of constitutional law. |

1- Constitutional Law in theory and practice, positioning of the basic concepts and institutions
2- Interpretation of the historical development of the Constitutional Law
3- Constitutional Law on the basic concepts and institutions to compare different countries' systems
