Course Objectives |
Investigating current structures and principles of international political and law system and legal relations of states and organizations with each other through pursuing practices international legal norms and on the basis of comparative analysis. |
Course Content |
International Law II course includes notably rules of Law of the Sea, cases and consequences of use of force in International Law, rules of law to be applied in armed conflicts and status of International Criminal Courts which try international crimes, responsibilities of governments and organizations in international law, solutions of international disputes and inspection of international human rights apart from fundamental international law norms. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
At the end of the course; students will gain the levels of 1-Main components of Law of the Sea and their application in solving the problems, 2-Use of force and trial of crimes in International Law, 3-Position of human rights in International Law and its determination. |
