Course Objectives |
Students will be intended to be informed about the functioning of the administrative management system of Anglo-Saxon and Continental Europe and be able to make comparison between the two systems. Accordingly, a further objective of this course is being able to assimilate Turkey’s administrative organisation and being informed about legislation in this subject. |
Course Content |
It is complete public law norms which are applied to foundation and operation of administrative and which are stated in constitution. In this context; the rules of administrative law, as distinct from private law rules, consist of set of rules which are applied with administrative organ and function. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings;
1- In general, internalizing academic publications which are related to administrative law either directly or indirectly.
2- Being able to talk about basic principles of administrative law.
3- Being able to do research from academic publications in different areas of administrative law.
4- Having knowledge about basic principles and rules of Turkish administrative law.
5- Studying the legislation of Turkish administrative law and being able to discuss on this issue. |
