Recommended Optional Programme Component The student who is required to continue the course and does not attend 30% of the total time of the course is considered a failure.
Course Objectives The course is mainly aimed at understanding the characteristics, causes, methods to resolve the organizational crisis, the role and importance of communication during the crisis period.
Course Content The content of this course is: Definition of crisis, crisis Philosophy and characteristics, crisis types, stages, causes, crisis Management Scope, Crisis Management Strategies, crisis Management models, crisis-oriented Organization, change Engineering, reputation Management, The importance of Risk Management, problem Management, Proactive approach, Reactive approach, Communication and Public Relations in crisis Management are examples of significant crises.
Learning Outcomes (LO) At the end of this course, students will have the following achievements: 1.understanding crisis management and key approaches 2. Ability to plan a crisis by detecting a crisis 3.ability to measure and comprehend the dimensions of the crisis 4.understanding business process and management during crisis periods 5.analyzing the crisis process, its causes and solution recommendations.
