| Course Objectives |
The aim of this course is providing detailed knowledge to the students about the basic terms and contemporary problems of commercial law in regards to gain problem solving ability to the problems occurring in practice |
| Course Content |
In this course tradesman, commercial enterprise, commercial provisions, pledge of commercial enterprise, commercial agents, trademarks, unfair competition, commercial books, current account will be examined in regards to commercial enterprise law.
In this course types of companies, company contract and its elements, partnership, mergers and acquisitions, transformations of companies, corporation, limited company and cooperative will be examined in regards to company law. |
| Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings;
- will be able to get the knowladge of field of application of Code of Commerce and Code of Obligations
- will be able to get the knowladge of basic terms of commercial law and company law.
- will be able to solve disputes in future which will be confronted by the students with practice lectures.
- will be able to argue, think analytically, generate abstractions in commercial cases.
- will be able to provide analitical solutions to the problems related to commercial law. |
