Course Objectives |
The main objective of this course is to lead the students to a sufficient level in high level individual performance and most effective use of individual performance by providing them basic information about individual performance system and its evaluation. |
Course Content |
Performance evaluation and its purpose and scope, performance evaluation methods and the main problems, current approaches to performance evaluation, performance management system and the importance of human resources management and its applications, factors affecting the performance management system, the strategic dimension of performance management, application modals. |
