Course Objectives The main objective of this course is to lead the students to a sufficient level in management of employees, who are main sources affecting organizational success or efficiency, by providing them basic information about behavior of the employees in the organization.
Course Content Behavioral science and the basic principles, the concept of organizational behavior, its fundamentals and importance for businesses, status and role, the individual and the personality, the concept of leadership and management and related approaches, motivation, the concept of group and team work, organizational conflict, conflict management, problem-solving and decision-making within the organization, creativity, stress management, power and politics, time management, organizational commitment, ethical behavior, the concept of communication and its importance.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1-The importance of behavior in organizations, the importance of psychology in management and organizations, moral in organizations and moral measurements, measures to raise the level of morale, 2-organizational behaviors, group structures, responses and preventions to innovation , psychological problems and complaints in organizations, problem of monotony and prevention, 3-physical challenges of the business environment, interpersonal relations and communication, conflict and conflict prevention organizations.
