Course Objectives |
The aim of this course is to provide students with information about personnel selection, interview techniques, career planning and job descriptions. |
Course Content |
Interview techniques, rules to be followed in personnel selection; organizational career planning; job descriptions, interview techniques and the rules to be followed in the interview. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students who attends and are successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings:
1. Knows the basic concepts of career counseling.
2. Explain the importance of career planning.
3. Knows the career planning process and its stages.
4. Knows the methods and techniques used in career counseling.
5. Knows what needs to be considered in personnel selection.
6. Explains interview techniques.
7. Explains the ethical rules to be considered during personnel selection and interview. |
