Learning Outcomes (LO) Students . know the characteristics and types of the families .can tell the basic functions of the family .define communication and communication barriers .can tell –I- You messages and so the positive and negative communication styles .can say how healthy relations between the spouses and parent-children and siblings should be .know conflict management and problem solving strategies
