Course Objectives The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the basic concepts and importance of business analysis and performance evaluation and know how to make job analysis and performance evaluations and use the results for the benefit of organizations.
Course Content Definition of job, profession and career, job analysis methods, analysis of basic characteristics of job, the importance of job management and analysis, job analysis for different positions, the criteria used, performance evaluation, productivity measurement, organizational career planning and job analysis of employees.
Learning Outcomes (LO) At the end of this course, students; 1. will know how to do job analysis. 2. will know the basic concepts of job analysis. 3. will understand the purpose and importance of job analysis and performance evaluation. 4. will know the importance of the relationship between job analysis and performance evaluation. 5. will know why organizations need job analysis in performance evaluation. 6. will know how to perform performance evaluation. 7. will understand self-evaluation and peer-evaluation in performance evaluation. 8. will know the purpose for which the outputs of performance evaluation will be used.
