Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide students to knowledge and skills in applying, evaluating and interpreting measurement tools used in career guidance and career counseling, examining professions, developing activities for vocational guidance, application and evaluation.
Course Content Application and evaluation of measurement tools used in vocational guidance and career counseling; preparing and implementing career development programs; doing career counseling with individuals and groups.
Learning Outcomes (LO) Those who attends and successfully complete this course are expected to acquire the following gains: 1. Applies the measurement tools used in career guidance and career counseling. 2. Evaluates the results obtained from measurement tools used in career guidance and career counseling. 3. Interprets the results obtained from measurement tools used in career guidance and career counseling. 4. Explains the criteria that can be used in examining professions. 5. Explains the process of preparing and applying professional development programs. 6. Explains career counseling process with individual and group. 7. Develops activity for vocational guidance. 8. Applies activities for vocational guidance. 9. Interprets the activity applied for vocational guidance.
