Course Objectives The objective of this course is having teacher candidates to acquire knowledge and skills in order to establish learning and teaching environments where the role of teacher has its importance.
Course Content This course is developed about the field of classroom management which pointed out the role of teacher who use the concepts, methods and materials for establihing effective and significant learning environments.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1. To derfine the basic teching skills in order to prepare effective learning environments. 2. To use the teaching methods and materials effectively. 3. To prepare effective learning environments by increasing the motivation level of learners. 4. To manage misbehaviors which effects the efficiency of learning environments. 5. To increase the effectiveness of the learning environments by managing saherholders wants and preferences. 6. To define legal procedures when faced with judicial problems. 7. To give the right decisions about personel and career development.
