Course Objectives |
The aim of this course is to teach the business process analysis and design principles required for the strategic objectives of the enterprises. |

The course covers business process analysis and design principles, one of the indispensable strategic goals of the course enterprises. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
The students will; • know the principles of business process modelling and mapping and can solve the problem using the process analysis in the light of these principles. • learn the necessary information to measure business processes. • learn the principles and information necessary to improve business processes. • learn the principles and information necessary for the transfering these processes to daily life in the workplace. |
