Course Objectives The aim of this course is to teach the business process analysis and design principles required for the strategic objectives of the enterprises.
Course Content The course covers business process analysis and design principles, one of the indispensable strategic goals of the course enterprises.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students will; • know the principles of business process modelling and mapping and can solve the problem using the process analysis in the light of these principles. • learn the necessary information to measure business processes. • learn the principles and information necessary to improve business processes. • learn the principles and information necessary for the transfering these processes to daily life in the workplace.
