Course Objectives This course; students working in business management, employee recruitment and aims to provide information about ethics.
Course Content In this course, one of the basic functions of business within the labor force recruitment of human resources, job descriptions, job placement, performance evaluation, employee motivation is discussed.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1 - Job description and hiring of employees needed to define the characteristics, 2 - In the recruitment process, to establish the necessary communication with other departments, 3 - To understand the importance of employee-business loyalty 4 - should be provided to employees have mastered the details of the business environment 5 - In any business equipped to work as a human resources department.
