Course Objectives This course aims to teach students the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in organisations. Students will understand how to effectively manage these concepts and their impact on organisational culture.
Course Content This course focuses on how to manage and implement these concepts, emphasising the importance of diversity, equality and inclusion in organisations. Understanding the impact of these issues on organisational success and employee satisfaction and developing inclusive strategies are taught.
Learning Outcomes (LO) At the end of the course students will be able to: 1. define the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion. 2. analyse and develop DEI strategies. 3. Evaluate the importance of diversity and inclusion in organisations. 4. Identify the necessary steps to create an inclusive organisational culture.
