Course Objectives The main objective of the course is to define the basic concepts of leadership and motivation and to examine the main theories of leadership and motivation.
Course Content The definition and importance of leadership respectively, leadership theories (leadership approach, behavioral approach, situational approach, modern approaches), leadership in public administration, the variables associated with leadership, the definition, importance and objectives of motivation, motivational tools, motivational theories (scope and process theories, other theories and approaches), will focus on variables associated with motivation and motivation in public institutions.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who take this course will receive the following gains: 1. being able to learn the concept and process of motivation 2.being able to learn the main motivational theories. 3.being able to learn the concept and scope of leadership. 4.being able to learn theoretical approaches in leadership
