Course Objectives To teach students the literature and practice of quality management system of historical development, basic ideas and methods and application of quality management tools and techniques.
Course Content Course covers, taking into account the practical application of countries, the Quality Management System.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1- What is going on about Quality Concepts and Quality Management (QM) models. 2- The evolution of Quality and understanding of customer satisfaction and customer-oriented business management. 3-Information and application about the Quality Management in Japan, America, Europe and Turkey 4- Quality Management tools and methods; The ideas of Total Quality Management Pioneers.
