Course Objectives To create a conceptual framework related to the field of Human Resources Management, to analyze the current situation in line with innovations and developments, to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to identify problems and offer solutions.
Course Content The evolution of the concept of human resources, the three main sources of organizations and their relationships, selection and recruitment processes, leadership, team building and orientation, innovation, human resources management, communication style and development, crisis management, budgeting, digital marketing and social media management
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Defines the basic concepts related to Human Resources. 2. Explains Human Resources processes, purpose, function and scope. 3. Knows the concept, purpose and methods of job analysis, job description 4. Knows the concepts, aims and methods of selection and recruitment. 5. Explain the concepts, goals and methods of Performance Evaluation.
