Course Objectives The Digital Transformation and Flexible Work in the Workplace course aims to help students understand the impact of digital technologies on business processes and the role of flexible work models within organizational structures. This enables students to develop digital transformation strategies while evaluating the advantages and challenges of flexible working methods.
Course Content The course will cover the concept of digital transformation and its applications in the workplace, focusing on flexible work models and their effects on job performance. Additionally, the interactions between digital tools and platforms and workforce dynamics will be examined, supported by real-life examples.
