Course Objectives To learn the historical development of the international criminal court; the structure of the international criminal court, the judiciary authority to discuss the general principles of international criminal law and issues of international crimes
Course Content International criminal courts are covered within the scope of the course.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The examination of ad hoc courts in terms of the general principles of criminal law, the international criminal court and gaining the competence to comment and argue in terms of crimes that fall under the jurisdiction of the court
