Course Objectives It aims to evaluate the teaching approaches, methods and techniques that came to the fore in the 20th century in English Language Education by interpreting them in the reality of Turkey.

Learning Outcomes (LO) The achievements of the students who complete and succeed in this course are as follows; LO-1 Acquiring the skill of perceiving the terms of approach, method and technique LO-2 Gaining the skill of understanding the methods in the periods when the teaching of English began scientifically LO-3 Gaining the ability to understand the prominent teaching approaches, methods and techniques in the 20th century LO-4 Gaining the ability to interpret the learned approaches, methods and techniques in the reality of Turkey
