Course Objectives |
This course; students working in business management, employee recruitment and aims to provide information about ethics. |
Course Content |
In this course, one of the basic functions of business within the labor force recruitment of human resources, job descriptions, job placement, performance evaluation, employee motivation is discussed. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
In terms of human resources management; it provides the ability to determine job descriptions and required employee qualifications, communicate effectively with other departments during the recruitment process, understand the importance of commitment between the employee and the business, provide appropriate work environment conditions and gain the competencies to work professionally in the human resources department of any business. |
