Course Objectives This course aims to provide the ability to understand the place and importance of organized office management, basic concepts of management and office management, contemporary improvements regarding office management.
Course Content This course includes management and office management, functions of office management, office automation systems, ergonomic office designs, concept of communication and office communication, basic principles, functions and execution of office communication.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Gaining knowledge on the basic principles related to office management. 2. Gaining knowledge on functions of office management, office automation systems, and ergonomic design of offices. 3. Understanding the place of office management in corporate management, and gaining the ability to pursue the improvements on this field. 4. Understanding the means and scope of communication, and understanding the place and importance of communication in organizations established to fulfill a goal. 5. Understanding the relation among job satisfaction, work peace, elimination of organizational work and organizational loyalty. 6. Gaining the ability to do business analyzes, provide workflow and manage time and meeting management. 7. Gaining the ability to understand crises, pursue periods of crises, and manage crises periods. 8. Understanding the concept “stress”, and indicate its sources, and gaining the ability to analyze the outcomes of stress. 9. Gaining the ability to pursue improvements on computer and technology regarding important field models. 10. Surveillance on ethics on business and on society, and gaining ability provide a working environment regarding those.
