Course Objectives The scope of this course is giving knowledge on government and the legal relationship between government and individuals with practical data.
Course Content This course is emphasizes the relationship between legal regulation and administration in regards to administrative law.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. Gaining knowledge on administrative law, understanding the concepts of sovereignty and government under the light of the principles of administrative law. 2. Indicating the place and importance of administrative law and its relation between the constitution, assessment of the constitutional principles affecting administrative law. 3. Understanding the relation between administration and individuals. 4. Gaining basic knowledge on basic concepts such as public personnel, public services, administrative contracts, public property, administrative enforcement, financial liability of administration. 5. Gaining the ability to explain legal regimes of public personnel and public services, gaining the ability to transfer his knowledge both written and orally, gaining the ability to argue problems occur in daily life with specialists, gaining the ability to pursue the improvements in the field, gaining the ability to conduct a basic and independent research. 6. Interpreting the principles of administration and legal roots of conflicts between administration and individuals, gaining the ability to analyze and criticize Council of State’s orders. 7. Gaining the ability to maintain the basic outcomes and competences acquired during the education in graduate degree, gaining responsibility as a professional who will be useful to the justice services, understanding the perpetuity of education. 8. Using the IT and communication technologies in the field of administrative law, pursuing contemporary improvements in legal services regarding the topic.
