Course Objectives |
The aim of this lecture is providing knowledge on concept and elements of commercial enterprise, gaining the ability to understand and solve the problems regarding commercial enterprise, gaining the ability to distinguish company types and the differences among them. |
Course Content |
In this course legal regulations related to the acts and transactions regarding commercial enterprise will be examined. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
1. Gaining ability to understand and resolve problems regarding definition and elements of commercial enterprise.
2. Gaining basic knowledge on being a tradesman and its outcomes, commercial acts and commercial suits. Gaining ability to resolve basic legal disputes. Gaining ability to use the basic outcomes achieved by other braches of law and to conduct an independent research, analyze court orders, make assessments and criticisms, having the confidence to make arguments with specialists.
3. Gaining basic knowledge on incorporation, operation, audit, acts and functions of commercial registry, and ability to make assessments on problems.
4. Identifying types of companies, their difference from partnerships, competency of companies, and rules governing companies, and basic problems.
5. Gaining knowledge on incorporation, operation, relationship between its partners and liability of partners of a limited liability partnership.
6. Gaining basic knowledge on characteristics, incorporation, liability arising from incorporation, liquidation of a corporation. Identifying the organs of corporation and resolving problems which may occur.
7. Gaining knowledge on characteristics, incorporation, operation, organs and liquidation limited company and cooperative.
8. Using IT and communication technologies in commercial law efficiently.
9. Gaining the ability to maintain the basic outcomes and competences acquired during the education in graduate degree, gaining responsibility as a professional who will be useful to the justice services, understanding the perpetuity of education.
