Course Objectives |
The main objective of the course is to define the basic concepts of leadership and motivation and to examine the main theories of leadership and motivation. |
Course Content |
The definition and importance of leadership respectively, leadership theories (leadership approach, behavioral approach, situational approach, modern approaches), leadership in public administration, the variables associated with leadership, the definition, importance and objectives of motivation, motivational tools, motivational theories (scope and process theories, other theories and approaches), will focus on variables associated with motivation and motivation in public institutions. |
