Course Objectives It is aimed to ensure that students are equipped with knowledge that they can use while working in the public and private sector and they can use it lifelong.
Course Content This lecture aims to examine the basic transactions and their legal foundations in Land Registry and Cadastre offices.
Learning Outcomes (LO) 1. To understand the concepts and definitions of land registry and cadastre and the principles of best practice of land registry and cadastre legislation. 2. To understand the practice of land registry and cadastre transactions in compliance with the legislation. 3. Evaluation of the legislation related to land registry and cadastre transactions, and understanding the best practices land registry and cadastre transactions.
