Course Objectives |
Students who succeeded in this course, the office where are within the body of the various institutions in the public or private sector to implement their professions and objective to provide informations about the management of these. The development in this area, the office of management functions, time, meeting and stress management, office management techniques filing and archive systems and professional etical values by learning how to successfully execute the business and office operations. |
Course Content |
It contains management, management theories and office management, the functions of the office management, automation systems, ergonomic office designs, communication in offices, time management, filing and archive services, information and document management, stress management, office management techniques, business and professional ethics in offices. |
Learning Outcomes (LO) |
They can analyze concepts related to management and office managements. They know and apply the office management functions. They can set the priority while making their business plan. According to the structure of the organization, they can apply the techniques to be used in the management office and make business analysis. Using the time effectively, works well planning and acting justice doesn’t allow stressful environments in office. They know automation and informatics systems. They know and apply filing, correspondence and archives services. They act honestly and ethically in their career. In working life, they discuss and explore the way of more efficient and more successful service giving.
