Course Objectives The aim of this course is to be familiar with the basic concepts, scope and literature of management control systems; to understand the requirements and effects of management control systems and to improve the ability to evaluate and design management control systems.
Course Content It includes discussions based on the basis of different control mechanisms and the scope of control mechanisms, and how management control systems relate to concepts such as motivation, creativity, innovation, high performance and new technologies.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The achievements of students who have completed and successfully completed this course are as follows: 1.know the role of the management control system in the context of corporate governance 2.understand how to implement a management control system that is consistent with the sustainability of businesses. 3.know how to address assumptions about the effectiveness of the management control system.
