Course Objectives Management and decision actions which determine the relationship between the organization and its employees.
Course Content To teach the understanding of working with performance in organizations and the increase of the life quality.
Learning Outcomes (LO) The students who attended the course and were successful at the end of semester will acquire the followings; 1- will be able to define the necessities of the position employee will be hired, 2- will be able to communicate with other department during recruitment process, 3- will be able to know the importance of employee -employer attachment, 4- will be able to carify the features work environment provided for employees 5- will be able to work in any HR department of the firms.
